I can't even begin to express how wonderful William and Pamela were with getting me set up with a storage unit while I prepared for a cross-country move. As soon as I walked into the door, both of them greeted me and they were genuinely adamant on making my move the easiest it could be, and they went above and beyond to ensure that. They treat you with humility, respect, and like family, their prices are reasonable and sometimes they have specials where you get an extra month free which is what I got without any hassle. Once I was finished, the checkout process was simple and painless, and there was no pressure to keep going. They would have my business again in a heartbeat if I'm ever back in VA, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Ashland/Richmond area.

The owners of the Blue and Grey on Sliding Hill road are so friendly and helpful. They have bent over backwards to assist us and made our move so much easier and less stressful. We rented 2 storage units and they let us use the first month free on both which helped us out so much with all of the other moving expenses. The units are clean never saw one bug and we still have one unit that we are renting.With all fo the cardboard boxes and the summer heat it impressed me that there weren't any bugs. I did a little research looking for a storage facility and found Blue & Gray near the Hanover Air Park. They have been one of the absolute best folks to deal with of any business service we have ever used. Even when they were closed they took care of our concerns. I will always use these folks should I need their type of service. I hope their onsite management team never leaves.

The people that works in office r very friendly Well kept up plenty of spaces to choose from but they are kinda little high on prices & the gate entry should definitely be open longer then they are Us customers should definitely be able to enter & exit gate later then 6pm @ least should be able to access the gate up til maybe 10-11pm because a lot of use do work & don’t even get off work til around 530-6pm Then it’s definitely late to even get to our unit
