“Pre-payment  Discounts”
We do offer discounted rates for tenants that are able to prepay 6 months or 12 months in advance on their units. A 5% rate discount is given for pre-payment of the full rental rate (prorated months are not included) 6 months in advance (10% discount given with a 12 month pre-payment).

“10 % Discounts” – including Senior Citizen, Active Military, and EMS Personnel
The 10% Discount credits are applied to your account as you are charged for your full monthly lease rate. Only one discount is allowed per unit rented. These discounts can not be combined with other discount/credit offers.
New tenants that qualify for the above mentioned 10% discounts, can receive a free month (after the purchase of a full month) and a 10% discount credit as they are billed for the full month lease rate.
